Miso Stir FryThis is a really quick, tasty stir fry. You can use any kinds of vegetables you like or have on hand.

Ingredients:
  • 1 lb. chopped: carrot
  • 1 lb. chopped: mushroom
  • 1 lb. chopped: onion
  • 1 lb. chopped: cabbage
  • 1 lb. chopped: zucchini
  • 1 lb. snow peas
  • Sauce:
  • 3 tbsp. Cold Mountain Mellow Red or White Miso
  • 3 tbsp. sake or white wine
  • 2 tbsp. sesame oil
  • Ingredients:
    1. Combine miso with sake or wine.
    2. Heat sesame oil in a skillet or wok.
    3. Add fresh vegetable, cover and fry until cooked.
