HONOLULU -- Friends of the Honolulu police officer who died after crashing his motorcycle on President George W. Bush's motorcade have set up a fund for his family.

Officer Steve Favela's widow was left to raise four children without him.

Two other officers who crashed recovered.

Funeral services are still pending.
