HONOLULU -- A woman reported her debit card stolen after returning to her car from Lanikai Beach on Oct. 7, at about 3:45 p.m. on Mokulua Drive. She spent about an hour at the beach and returned to find her car broken into and her purse missing from the trunk, police said.

At about 4 p.m. on that day, the victim's debit card was used at Safeway in Kaneohe at 46-047 Kamehameha Highway, police said. Surveillance video captured images of the man purchasing items.

Hair: brown

Clothing: white baseball cap, white T-shirt, printed board shorts
