Maui County is offering first-time homebuyers financial help with down payments and closing costs.

"Through this critically needed program we'll give a lifetime opportunity to new homeowners and I'm thrilled that the county is able to help."

The county has hired Evergreen Home Loans to manage the First-Time Home Buyer's Grant program.
