HONOLULU -- Aloha Airlines pilots could find out as early as Monday if they can go on strike.A bankruptcy judge will hear the case on Monday afternoon. The union claims the airline violated its collective bargaining agreement when it laid off pilots with more seniority while keeping pilots with less experience to fly cargo. The airline said it is in the process of training senior pilots to fly cargo and that a strike would be illegal and harmful to the economy. The bankrupt airline is in the process of trying to sell its cargo operations.
