HONOLULU -- The median price for homes resold on Oahu dropped in January, according to the Honolulu Board of Realtors.
The median price went from $610,000 in December to $600,000 in January. The drop comes after two months of stability. It was the same price during the January 2007.
The median price for condominiums went up $4,000 to $324,000.
The volume of homes and condos sold last month was down from 2007. There were 35 fewer single-family homes and 94 fewer condos sold.
