AARP: Hawaii Seniors Worry About Investment FraudPOSTED: 11:50 am HST April 2, 2007 HONOLULU -- Investment fraud is a big concern for many older Hawaii residents, according to a new survey released Monday by the state and AARP.About 81 percent of adults age 50 and older said it is important for the state to strengthen regulations protecting residents from scams and fraud.The survey also revealed a major disconnect between their concerns and willingness to protect themselves.
