MOTHER’S DAY BRUNCH - Sunday, May 10th, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., $49 per person.

Starts with a selection of fresh coffee and gourmet teas, breads, croissants, jams and jellies, Black Forest Ham, Prosciutto di Parma, Serrano Ham, French/Spanish/Italian Salamis, “Grizzly Food”, boiled eggs, selection of cheeses, cereals, Quark and fruits.

Also, German Pancakes either sweet with fruits or savory with bacon or smoked salmon, followed by “Cod Nicoise” and “Shrimps Provencal” with Aioli and Braised Pork Fillets larded with old Gouda, Potatoes, Thyme Rice and Vegetables.

Desserts - "Fruit Quark”, fresh fruits, Lilikoi cheesecake
