Oahu Post Offices To Offer Extended Hours

The U.S. Postal Service in Hawaii is gearing up for the mass holiday mailing period.

Hawaii residents hoping to send packages and cards in time for Christmas will want to send some items as early as Dec. 8.

Hawaii Postal Shipping Dates 1st Class, Priority Mail:
  • To mainland: Dec. 17
  • To other parts of Hawaii: Dec. 22
  • To Guam, Saipan: Dec. 15
  • To American Samoa: Dec. 10
  • To Military APOs, FPOs: Dec. 8
  • International: Dec. 8
  • Hawaii Postal Shipping Dates Express Mail:
  • To mainland: Dec. 19
  • To other parts of Hawaii: Dec. 23
  • To Guam, Saipan: Dec. 17
  • To American Samoa: Dec. 16
  • To Military APOs, FPOs: Dec. 15
  • International: Dec. 15
  • Starting on Dec. 12, 16 Oahu post offices will extend their hours.
