Should there be an age limit for the morning-after pill?

A federal judge in New York ordered the Food and Drug Administration on Friday to make the morning-after pill available to people of all ages without a prescription?

This overturned a 2011 decision by Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius to require a prescription for girls under 17.
