New Stories Every Thursday on Island Television News at Five

Island Television News co-anchor Gary Sprinkle is a multiple Emmy-winner for his documentary series, Pacific Adventures and was named Environmentalist of the Year in five Western U.S. states. Gary will be the reporting face of Hawaii Going Green, researching, writing and producing these important and interesting features each week.

KITV will run Gary’s Hawaii Going Green feature story every Thursday in Island Television News at Five and again in Island Television News This Morning every Friday.

In addition, all the reporters of Island Television News will be on the “green beat” in every newscast, every day. Whenever they cover a story about Hawaii’s environment, it will be presented and branded as “Hawaii Going Green”, furthering the scope of our continuing commitment.
