  • Don't let the name on the sign fool you. Their front sign says "Kwong On: Chinese Merchandise." It should say "Great Food." For 35 years, Kwong On has brought Chinatown's delicacies and dry goods to Kaimuki.

    You can find all the standards like pork hash, half moon, chair siu bao, whole baked chicken ... all for prices you usually find in Chinatown. Add to that plate lunches, peanut candy and what you have is a place you've got to try.
