2006 By Frederic Patenaude Ingredients: 3 cups of fennel, thinly sliced 1/4 cup chopped parsley 1 yellow pepper, diced 1 celery rib, diced 1/2 avocado, diced 2 Tbs. olive oil 6-8 sun dried tomatoes, soaked and choppedInstructions:Soak the sun dried tomatoes in advance for at least one hour.
