Featuring Acai, the rainforest fruit. You can buy frozen packets of this stuff at health food stores like Down To Earth, or at Lanikai Juice on the windward side. They are called Amazon Rain Forest Smoothie Packs, Sam Bazon Acai, and come four to a pack.

Ingredients:

2 packs frozen Acai

1 cup frozen strawberries

1 banana

1 cup (more or less to desired consistency) apple juice

Instructions:

Place everything in a blender and process until smooth. Pour in to a bowl. Top with 1 / 4 granola, sliced fresh banana, sliced fresh strawberry.

Note: The Acai packs contain Gurana, which is a stimulant.
