Homemade Miso Ramen

Soup Broth Ingredients: 1 1/2 TBS light miso 2 TBS soy sauce 1/8 tsp Hondashi (this is not a vegetarian item) 1 1/2 TBS nutritional yeast flakes (get this at bulk food bins at Down To Earth) 1/2 tsp roasted garlic (get this at Asian market or Asian food aisle) 1 tsp "Buttery Sticks" margarine (This is no trans fat margarine found at Down To Earth) 2 cups veggie chicken broth Combine all ingredients in a pan and bring to a simmer, stirring to blend.Toppings:
Your choice of vegetables. I used baby bok choy, 1/2 package chop suey mix, sliced carrots. Saute in peanut oil briefly.Instructions:

- Cook one serving Sun Brand Saimin Noodles in boiling water for 3-4 minutes.
- Drain and put in a large bowl.
- Pour on the broth mixture, add the cooked vegetables.
- Garnish with slices of roasted nori and sliced green onions.
