Veggie Sausage and Mushroom Pasta

I got the "Gimme Lean" sausage and the Earth Balance margarine (no trans fat) at the refrigerator section at Down To Earth.Ingredients: 1 TBS Earth Balance "Buttery Sticks" 1 TBS olive oil 1/3 to 1/2 package (about 7 ounces) Gimme Lean Sausage 1/2 pound mushrooms, sliced 2 cloves garlic, minced salt and pepper to taste pinch of dry Italian Seasoning 1/4 cup dry white wine 1 1/2 cup your favorite spaghetti sauce (or canned Italian plum tomatoes, crushed) 1/2 box Barilla thin spaghetti Instructions: Saute the "sausage" in margarine and olive oil. Break it up into small pieces with a spatula, and brown it slightly.Add mushrooms, garlic, salt and pepper, Italian seasoning. Brown mushrooms.Add wine, mix well.Add tomato sauce and heat through.Cook pasta per package directions, drain in a colander and mix with sauce.Add red chili pepper flakes for seasoning to taste.
