Veggie BLT Sandwich

Ingredients: 1 TBS vegetable oil or pan spray for frying Yves Brand Veggie Bacon Strips (In the cold case at Down To Earth and some other stores) 1/2 round onion, sliced thin Vine ripened tomato, sliced Fresh green or romaine lettuce Star brand Whole Wheat Sour Dough bread (I buy this at Times) Sandwhich Spread 1/4 cup Veganaise (mayonnaise substitute) 1-2 TBS catsup (I actual use a bit of chili paste in mine, but left this out for Ruby's sake) Instructions:
Pan fry the onion slices until soft and the bacon until it is slightly crispy. Toast the Sour Dough Wheat bread lightly. Mix the Veganaise with catsup and spread on the toasted bread slides. Top with bacon, add the fried onion slices, top with tomato and lettuce. Enjoy.
