Sauce Ingredients: 1/4 cup ketchup 2 TBS soy sauce 2 TBS oyster sauce (can substitute vegetarian Shiitake stir fry sauce) 2 TBS chili paste (to taste –this much makes is REALLY hot) 1 TBS tamarind paste (if you cannot find tamarind paste substitute 1 TBS vinegar) 1 TBS sugar Mix ingredients and add about 1/8 to 1/4 cup water to thin it out a bit.Ingredients:
Vegetables: (This is up to you- combine your favorite veggies as available)Bok choy Sliced carrots Sliced red onions Broccoli florets Straw mushrooms (or any mushroom) Sliced celery Sliced heart of palm Snow peas or sugar snap peas Instructions: In a wok or large non stick pan heat several tablespoons of oil, then add 1–2 TBS sliced green onions, a tsp minced ginger, tsp minced garlic, some chopped cilantro. Add the veggies and stir fry. Then add the sauce and mix well. Serve over rice or noodles.
