Ingredients: 2 cups elbow macaroni, uncooked 1 box Fantastic Sloppy Joe Mix (on the shelf at Down To Earth) 1 small can tomato paste (need this per package directions for Sloppy Joe mix) 1 cup Gee Whiz click here for recipeInstructions: - Cook macaroni in boiling water, drain. Make Sloppy Joe mix per package instructions (basically boil water, add package, add tomato paste.)
- In a baking dish, combine cooked macaroni and Sloppy Joe mix. Mix in some of the Gee Whiz.
- Top the macaroni mixture with remaining Gee Whiz (You will not use the entire batch of Gee Whiz-just use enough to cover the top.)
- Place under broiler until the top of the Gee Whiz browns and turns slightly crispy.
