Gee Whiz

I use Gee Whiz in all kinds of dishes. It's a great cheese substitute.

Ingredients:
  • 1 can Navy beans
  • 3 TBS tahini (sesame paste)
  • 6 TBS nutritional yeast (big yellow flakes of yeast found in Down To Earth bulk bins)
  • 1/2 cup roasted red bell pepper
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 TBS lemon juice
  • Blend ingredients in a food processor until smooth
