Sorry this one did not get posted the week it was on TV. We had email problems- our server was down. But here it is.
Crust ingredients:
3 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp yeast
3 tsp olive oil
1 cup waterInstructions:
I put this in my bread machine and let the machine knead it, then pull it out before it starts cooking and let it rise for a half hour. Roll into pizza crust on a floured surface. (This makes 2 medium crusts.) If you do not have a bread machine you will have to knead the dough by hand for about 10 minutes, until it is soft and elastic. Spray a large non stick pan or pizza pan with some vegetable spray and place the dough on the pan. Spoon on some of your favorite store bought low fat spaghetti sauce. Toppings:
Slices of Yves veggie pepperoni
Sliced tomato
Sliced zucchini
Artichoke hearts, cut into quarters
Sliced mushrooms
Black and green olives
Top with grated soy cheeseInstructions:
Bake in the oven at 450 for about 20 minutes, until crust is browned and crisp.
