For this segment we used the Salton Sandwich Maker, which sells for under $20 at Macy's.

I used Rye bread, Veganaise (healthy mayo), Dijon mustard, Smart Deli brand "Turkey Style Meatless Slices," Yves Brand Deli Veggie Salami, soy cheese slices, and thin sliced red onion.

Assemble sandwiches, place in machine, turn on and seal, let cook 4 minutes. Careful- they come out hot!
