Tip: Cheese

Cheese right out of the refrigerator will never have the full, rich flavor of cheese at room temperature. Before serving, or before melting, leave the cheese in its wrapping while it comes to room temperature, about 30 to 60 minutes, so the cut surfaces will not dry out.
