Strawberry-Banana Pudding

This was good enough that Ruby said she was going to make it for her husband. From Dr. Terry Shintani's "Hawaii Diet."Ingredients:
12 ounces extra firm silken tofu
1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries
1 banana
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 TBS fresh lemon juice
1/4 tsp salt
3 TBS honey Instructions:
In a food processor or blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth and creamy. Pour into individual serving dishes and chill overnight. Per serving: 109 Calories: 1. 2 grams (15%) fat; 23% protein; 62% carbohydrates.
