Thai Peanut Sauce

This is a versatile a tasty sauce.
Ingredients:
1/3 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup warm water or coconut milk
1 tsp red chili paste (more or less to taste)
1 glove garlic, minced
1/2 to 1 tsp minced fresh ginger
1 tsp shoyu
1 tsp sugar
1-2 tsp fresh lime juice
Instructions:
Whisk or blend all ingredients with a hand mixer.
Sauce with Swiss chard:
1 bunch swiss chard, chopped
1-2 tsp sesame oil
dash of salt
Heat oil in a non stick skillet. Add swiss chard and stir fry until tender, about 5 minutes. Salt to taste. Serve over jasmine rice with peanut sauce.
