Rawlicious Rolls

Ingredients: collard greens, 2-4, cut in half and remove ribs carrot, 1, cut to strips cucumber, 1, cut to strips bell pepper of any color, cut to strips sesame seeds, 1 T macadamia nuts, 1 C, chopped spicy dressing (see below) Directions:
1) Mix macadamia nuts with spicy dressing.
2) Place mixture on a leaf and top with carrot, bell pepper, cucumber and sesame seeds.
3) Roll tightly.
4) Serve with pineapple dipping sauce (see below)
5) Serves 2-4 people
To make spicy dressing-
Blend together hot chilies (2-3), maple syrup (1 T), lemon or lime juice (3 T), peanut butter or almond butter (2 C), tomato (1), light shoyu (2 T), miso (1 t optional), sea salt (1 T) in a food processor till smooth.
