You can get SunNoodle Ramen at the cold section where fresh noodles are sold at most local supermarkets. Each package has two packs of noodles and two packs of miso.
Ingredients:
1 package SunNoodle Miso Ramen with 1 package miso
3 cups veggie broth
Vegetables and garnish:
You can use your favorite vegetables
On the TV segment I uses a few strips of White Wave Vegetarian Stir Fry Strips
2-3 slice mushrooms
sliced onion
julienne carrot
green onion
sliced cabbage
bamboo shoots
mung bean sprouts or chop suey mix
Instructions:
- Cook noodles per package directions, in boiling water for 2 minutes. Drain and place in large ramen bowl.
- Boil veggie broth and add packet of miso flavoring.
- Add vegetables and garnish and bring to a boil.
- Add to noodles and enjoy.
- I also use a tsp or two of chili paste.
