Ingredients: White sticky rice, 1 c, cooked Coconut milk, 1 & ½ c Sugar, 2 T Salt to taste 1 mango, sliced ½ banana (optional) Coconut shreds for garnishDirections: - 1. Cook coconut milk with sugar and salt.
- 2. Take out half of milk from wok and set aside.
- 3. Add cooked sticky rice into wok and cook with remaining milk for a couple of minutes.
- 4. Place sticky rice in center of plate. Put mango and banana slices around rice. Pour the other half of milk on top.
- 5. Garnish with coconut shreds.
