This features ready made crust and sauce available at Down To Earth. The brand name is OLD WORLD PIZZA CRUST and OLD WORLD SAUCE.Ingredients: 2 TBS extra virgin olive oil 1 Old World Tuscan Pizza crust 1 package Old World Pizza sauce 2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms 2 cup sliced red and orange bell pepper 1 cup pitted and sliced kalamata olives salt and chili flakes to taste Directions:
- Heat oven to its hottest setting.
- Sautee the mushrooms and bell pepper in a skillet in 2 TBS olive oil, until mushrooms begin to brown and peppers are crispy tender.
- Brush 1 TBS olive oil on the pizza crust, spead the sauce packet over the crust.
- Top with sauteed mushrooms and bell peppers. Add the olives.
- Bake in the oven until crust is crispy brown, 12-15 minutes.
