Brussels Sprouts With Lemon Vinaigrette

If you can get fresh brussels sprouts, they taste much better.Ingredients: 20 ounces fresh brussels sprouts, quartered 2 TBS olive oil 2 shallots, minced zest of one lemon juice of half the lemon salt and pepper to taste Directions:
- Fry the Brussels spouts in oil over very high heat, allowing them to brown slightly.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Add shallots and cook for 30 seconds more.
- Add 1/2 cup of water, cover briefly to steam.
- Add lemon juice. Top with a drizzle of olive oil and garnish with lemon zest.
