Green Tomatillo Salsa

Ingredients: 4 tomatillos (They always have these at Foodland produce department) 1/2 onion 3/4 cup water 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp sugar 1-2 TBS vegetable oil 1 large clove garlic 2-3 whole chili peppers (careful- to taste) Directions:
- Peel the tomatillos and slice them into quarters. Cut the onion into quarters, and place the tomatillo and onion in a small saucepan with the water.
- Bring to a simmer and cook about 5 minutes until they get soft. Add salt and sugar.
- In a small frying pan heat oil and saute the garlic and chilis until they turn brown, but don't burn.
- Add all ingredients to a food processor. Add fresh lime juice and another pinch of salt. Pulse to blend into salsa.
