Tapenade

A tasty olive spread that goes great on toasted French baguette.Ingredients: 1/2 pound good black olives, pitted and diced 3 TBS capers, drained 1 clove garlic, minced 1/2 cup good olive oil 1 TBS fresh lemon juice 2 tsp Dijon mustard 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves 1 TBS fresh chopped parsley 1 baguette, sliced and toasted Directions:
Combine olives, capers, and garlic in a food processor and pulse 2-3 times. Add olive oil, lemon juice, mustard, thyme, and parsley, and process until chunky. Serve on toast.
