Fried Tofu With Assorted Vegetables

Ingredients: Firm Tofu, 1 cube Black mushrooms, 3 pieces, softened with water Bamboo shoots (heads), 1-2 pieces, sliced Green bell pepper, one half, cubed Hot chili, 1, shredded Ginger, 2 pieces Sesame oil, 1tbsp Rice flour or corn starch, plenty (or 3 tbsp) Salt, 1 tsp Amino Acid or Soy sauce, 2 tbsp Brown sugar or maple syrup, 1 tbsp Black pepper to taste Directions:
- Cut Tofu to thin triangles. Dip them in rice flour and fry in heated oil until golden. Take out and set aside.
- Sauté ginger, chili, bamboo shoots, black mushrooms and bell pepper in heated oil. After the mushrooms are cooked, add tofu back in.
- Add salt, soy sauce, brown sugar and black pepper. Mix 1 tsp of corn starch with water to thicken the dish. Add sesame oil.
