Hot and Sour Soup

Ingredients: Firm Tofu 1 block, sliced Fungus (Mu Er) 2 pieces, sliced Chinese mushroom 3 pieces, sliced (sliced) Bamboo shoots a few pieces Carrot ¼ of one, shredded Preserved vegetable (optional) 1 tbsp sliced Soy sauce 2 tsp Dark vinegar 2 tsp Sesame oil 1 tsp Corn starch 1 tbsp Salt and pepper to taste Ingredients:
- Fry mushroom slices in hot oil.
- Add some water to the pot and let it boil.
- Add all ingredients to the pot.
- When the water boils, mix cornstarch with a little bit water and slowly add to the soup.
- Stir the soup to mix well.
- Put black pepper and sesame oil in a large soup bowl. Pour the soup into the bowl.
- Add Chinese parsley to garnish.
