Noodles, Vegetables With Chinese Sauce

Ingredients:
  • sliced won bok or choy sum
  • peapods
  • sliced carrots
  • bean sprouts
  • Sauce:
  • 3/4 cup vegetable broth
  • 2 TBS vegetarian stir fry sauce (Lee Kum Kee)
  • 1 TBS soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp minced ginger
  • 2 TBS white wine or sherry
  • (Chili paste optional)
  • 1 TBS corn starch
  • Instructions:
    1. Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
    2. In the wok stir fry in peanut oil the vegetables
    3. Add one package Yakisoba noodles. Combine and cook.
    4. Add sauce, bring to a boil to thicken. Serve immediately.
