Noodles, Vegetables With Chinese Sauce

Ingredients: sliced won bok or choy sum peapods sliced carrots bean sprouts Sauce: 3/4 cup vegetable broth 2 TBS vegetarian stir fry sauce (Lee Kum Kee) 1 TBS soy sauce 1/2 tsp sugar 1/2 tsp minced garlic 1/2 tsp minced ginger 2 TBS white wine or sherry (Chili paste optional) 1 TBS corn starch Instructions:
- Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
- In the wok stir fry in peanut oil the vegetables
- Add one package Yakisoba noodles. Combine and cook.
- Add sauce, bring to a boil to thicken. Serve immediately.
