Baby Bok Choy in Chinese Sauce

Ingredients: 5 bunches baby Bok Choy, rinsed, patted dry, and cut in half lengthwise peanut oil for frying Sauce Ingredients: 3/4 cup vegetable broth 1 1/2 TBS vegetarian oyster sauce 1 TBS soy sauce 1 TBS sherry or dry white wine 1 tsp sugar 1 clove garlic minced 1/2 tsp minced ginger 1/2 tsp sesame oil 1 TBS cornstarch Instructions: Combine ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Heat a wok and add peanut oil (about 2-3 TBS) then add the bok choy and stir fry until it begins to caramelize and wilt. Add the sauce and stir fry until it bubbles and thickens. Serve immediately
