Ma Po Tofu (Spicy Tofu)

Ingredients: Tofu, 1.5 block, cubed Peanut oil, 2 tsp Chili bean sauce or any hot chili sauce, 1tsp Corn starch, 1 tsp Liquid Amino, 2 tsp or soy sauce, 1 tsp Chili powder, ½ tsp Sesame oil, 1 tsp Chinese parsley, a few sprigs Instructions:
- Boil tofu in boiling water for a minute (optional).
- Fry tofu cubes in peanut oil until slightly brown. Reduce heat and add spicy sauce.
- Add mixture of corn starch, soy sauce, chili powder and a little bit of water.
- Place tofu in a serving plate and add sesame oil and parsley leafs on top. Serves 2-3.
