Tofu Salad

Ingredients: Tofu, 1 block Ginger, 5 slices cut into shreds Salt, 1 tsp Soy Sauce, 2-3 tsp Sesame oil, 2 tsp Maple syrup, 1 tsp Instructions:
- Put tofu in boiling water for half a minute. Let cool.
- Rub ginger shreds with salt for 3 minutes. Wash off the salt with cold water.
- Mix soy sauce, sesame oil and maple syrup in a bowl.
- Cut tofu block in half and cut each half into four pieces. Place ginger shreds on top of the tofu. Pour mixture over the top. Add parsley to garnish.
- Chill tofu in the refrigerator for 15 minutes. Serves 2 people.
