Tofu, Tomato with Asian Basil

Ingredients:
  • One half block of extra firm tofu
  • Two medium sized firm tomatoes
  • Two sprigs of Asian basil, chopped
  • One half of a hot red pepper, chopped
  • Preserved vegetable cubes, 1 tbsp (optional)
  • Some ginger slices
  • Brown sugar to taste
  • Instructions:
    1. Heat oil. Throw in ginger slices and hot red pepper. Put in tomatoes and stir until they become juicy. Stir in tofu.
    2. Add black pepper. Then add preserved vegetable cubes. Continue to stir.
    3. Add Asian basil. Add salt. Add brown sugar before taking the dish out of the wok.

    Serves 2-3 people.
