Tofu, Tomato with Asian Basil

Ingredients: One half block of extra firm tofu Two medium sized firm tomatoes Two sprigs of Asian basil, chopped One half of a hot red pepper, chopped Preserved vegetable cubes, 1 tbsp (optional) Some ginger slices Brown sugar to taste Instructions:
- Heat oil. Throw in ginger slices and hot red pepper. Put in tomatoes and stir until they become juicy. Stir in tofu.
- Add black pepper. Then add preserved vegetable cubes. Continue to stir.
- Add Asian basil. Add salt. Add brown sugar before taking the dish out of the wok.
