Maple Raisin Oatmeal For Breakfast

Ingredients: 1 cup rolled oats (you can buy these cheap at the bulk food bins at Down To Earth) 1 1/2 cups water 1/2 cup raisins 1/4 cup plain soy milk 1/4 cup maple syrup 1 tsp ground cinnamon 1/2 tsp ground ginger Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes until thick and creamy.
