Chinese Choy SumPOSTED: 2:59 pm HST October 24, 2006 This is a delicious Chinese side dish that goes great with rice or over noodles.Ingredients: Combine all ingredients and blend well in a bowl. Set aside. Heat the oil in a wok. Add choy sum and cook, stirring often until it begins to wilt and soften - about 2 minutes. Add the sauce and mix well. Add some of the water/cornstarch mixture to thicken as it comes to a boil. To thicken sauce: 2 TBS corn starch 2 TBS cold water mix in a bowl and set aside.Serve and enjoy.
