Ingredients: 1 ½ cups plain unflavored soymilk 1 cup water 1/3 cup tamari or soy sauce 1 ½ cup nutritional yeast ½ tsp salt 1tsp paprika 3 tsp minced garlic ¼ block firm tofu 1 cup canola oil 1½ lbs pasta of your choice (ziti is good) 1 tsp mustardInstructions: - Pre-heat over to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
- Boil pasta in large pot of water
- All the ingredients sans pasta go in a blender
- Drain cooked pasta and put it in a large baking pan
- Pour the 'cheese' sauce from the blender over the pasta and cover with foil
- Bake until the top of the pasta looks slightly browned and crispy (approx. 20 minutes)
