HONOLULU -- Entertainer Don Ho has been released from the hospital after being treated for a heart problem, according to a spokeswoman.

Ho was released Monday, after being admitted to the hospital on Friday, suffering from shortness of breath.

Ho is now being treated for an "abnormal heart rhythm," a spokeswoman said. He's 75 years old.

Ho's shows at the Waikiki Beachcomber Hotel have been suspended and his mainland tour dates will be rescheduled. Ticket-holders can call the Don Ho reservations line to check when the Beachcomber show will resume at 923-3981.
