Court To Finalize Britney, K-Fed Divorce, TMZ SaysSpears' Attorney Wants Settlement Details Kept QuietPOSTED: 7:42 am HST July 30, 2007 Britney Spears' marriage to Kevin Federline will officially come to an end Monday. According to TMZ.com, Spears' and Federline's attorneys, Laura Wasser and Mark Vincent Kaplan, brought the finalized papers into Los Angeles County Court Monday morning to get the judge to sign off on the settlement in the case. Spears, 25, filed from divorce from Federline, 29, last November after two years of marriage. The couple had two children together -- Sean Preston and Jayden James. TMZ said that Wasser will request that the court keep the custody and spousal support orders secret. The site reported that, according to the prenuptial agreement between the two, Federline has been getting $15,000 per month for child support payments and an additional $20,000 per month in a spousal support. However, TMZ added, those payments are scheduled to end in November. TMZ also said that the custody arrangement for the children will stay at 50/50, but could change given reports that Federline may be seeking full custody.
