Collette Campbell's business, My Alibi, serves folks who need good excuses for not being where they should.

When she provides an alibi for the 18-year-old friend of her sister, she's flummoxed in dealing with the girl's overly protective uncle, Bill Brannon. Bill was Collette's best friend through high school, but never a guy she considered in that way.

Bill's pretty sure Collette's thinking of him in that way now, especially when he's pretending to be just the kind of bad boy she likes to get her to want something long-term with him.

No good can come of something built on this kind of sweet deception. Or can it?

"Good Girls Don't" is funny, entertaining, and -- my, oh, my -- very, very sexy. St. John gives those of us who adore "bonus" love stories a treat; two terrific secondary characters get their HEAs, too.
