Red 'Wet' Sauce

Cook Healthy Fast Burrito Condiment

This makes any burrito into something special.

Ingredients:
  • 2 TBS olive oil
  • 1/4 red onion, chopped
  • 1/2 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • (if you want it spicy, add jalepeno pepper)
  • 2 large vine ripe red tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup veggie "chicken" broth
  • Directions:
    Heat oil in a pan, add onion, garlic, yellow pepper and saute until soft.

    Add chopped tomatoes. Add broth and simmer a few minutes until the vegetables are cooked and soft.

    Season with salt and pepper.

    Puree in a blender until smooth and use this to smother your burrito.
