The 911 tape recordings from a fatal shooting in Waikiki earlier this month include accounts by two McDonald?s workers.
State department special agent Christopher Deedy faces 2nd degree murder charges for killing 23 year old Kollin Elderts.
Part of the evidence in the case against Deedy comes from the 911 calls.
About a dozen people called for help after hearing the shots and watching the crime scene unfold.
Caller: "Hello. Someone just got shot in Waikiki and I am freaking out."
Dispatcher: "Transfering you to police. Stay on the line."
Caller: "Oh, my God. Oh, my God. There is a gun out. Oh, my God. Oh my God."
Another bystander called 911 with this account:
Caller: "I am (at) McDonald's on Kuhio. There were about five gunshots fired."
Dispatcher: "And where did this come from? Was this inside there?"
