The baby was rushed to a hospital, where Orlando TV station WESH reported she is stable.

According to a police report cited by WESH, the girl's mother went into the baby's room Sunday after hearing her crying, then noticed the child had spit up a clear liquid that smelled like bleach.

Hospital officials also said the baby's vomit and her bottle of formula both smelled like bleach.

WESH also reported that Washington broke down crying at the police station, where he was being held on $25,000 bond.
