The Federal Aviation Administration is investigating the circumstances surrounding a Maui helicopter crew that dropped a wrecked plane into the ocean off Maui as it was transporting the plane following its crash landing Sunday.
One current and two former members of the U.S. Naval Academy football team were charged by the military on Wednesday in the alleged sexual assault of a female midshipman, the academy said.
